I've noticed that a lot of people have not been following the rules and signing the guestbook after taking a layout. I'm surfing around diaryland and I see quite a few of my layouts still credited to me but I never heard that person thank me or tell me they are going to use it. And you know what? That reallly pisses me off! I've made rules to be followed--not to be broken! When you take a layout, you have to sign the guestbook! It's how it goes buddy.
